Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation bookings

• Cancelled 12+ hours before the visit: 100% refund of the consultation fee within 5–7 working days.
• Cancelled within 12 hours: 50% refund; the remaining 50% covers stylist scheduling.
• No-show or cancellation after stylist dispatch: Fee is non-refundable, but can be adjusted against a rescheduled visit within 30 days.

2. Made-to-measure orders

Because every Silaio garment is cut and stitched to your personal measurements, we are unable to offer blanket returns. Refund eligibility depends on the production stage:

• Before fabric is cut: Full advance refund minus payment gateway charges (approx. 2%).
• After fabric cutting, before stitching: Fabric cost is deducted; balance of advance is refunded.
• After stitching begins: Order is non-refundable. We will complete the garment and deliver it as agreed.

3. Fit & alterations guarantee

We guarantee the fit of every garment we make. If the finished piece does not fit as expected, we will alter it free of charge within 15 days of delivery. Pickup and re-delivery within Delhi NCR is on us.

4. Damaged or defective delivery

If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect (broken stitches, missing lining, wrong fabric), notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@silaio.in. We will repair or remake the piece at no cost, or issue a full refund if a remake is not possible.

5. How refunds are processed

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• UPI & card refunds reflect in 5–7 working days.
• Bank transfer refunds reflect in 3–5 working days.
• You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp and email once initiated.

6. Raising a refund request

Email support@silaio.in or WhatsApp +91 99585 26339 with:

• Your booking reference (shown on the confirmation screen)
• Registered WhatsApp number
• Reason for the request and photos, if applicable

Our team responds within one working day.

7. Non-refundable items

• Custom embroidery, hand-embellishment and heritage handwork charges
• Rush / express delivery charges
• Fabric purchased on client's specific request from third-party mills
